Agreement

By using tts.audio, you agree to these terms. tts.audio is an online service that converts text and PDFs into speech using AI voices. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights.
• Generate speech meant to impersonate, deceive, or defraud others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service itself.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to convert it to speech.

Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans (Pro, Creator, and Studio) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Dodo Payments, with limits based on characters per month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the in-app billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. The free plan requires no payment card. Paid plan fees are refundable under the conditions in our Refund Policy; outside those conditions, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Commercial use

Commercial usage rights for generated audio are included with every paid plan (Pro, Creator, and Studio). The free tier is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Your content & output

You retain rights to the content you submit. Generated audio files are available for download for 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted from storage. Your submitted text is purged once generation completes.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI speech is generated synthetically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing output before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither tts.audio nor Antonio Foti will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages exceeding the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. For questions, email antonio@tts.audio. See also our Privacy Policy.
